Ok, so I've got my new rims already so these need to go. These wheels are in PERFECT condition except for one. One has a very small chip probly from a rock or something while driving. None of them have any curb rash they've only been on the car for not even 200km. I'll try and get better pictures I just haven't had a chance cause my car's in storage. The price listed above includes tires which are brand new as well. They're Goodyear Fierce UHP tires. The fronts are 215/40/17 and the rears are 225/45/17. Price is negotiable and i'm also interested in trades. I'll try and get some better pictures. Thanks.

Fitment on my car stock suspension. With a little camber, drop and roll, they'd be PERFECT

how much do these run new?
I'm not sure how much they go for but I bought them off my friend for $2500. I never asked him what he paid for them.

Not trying to be a jerk, but why would you not ask your friend what he paid for them? That just sounds like a line to me. I wouldn't give anyone friend/family 2500 bucks for some wheels w/o knowing what they paid for them. I mean you can ask whatever price you want, after all they are your wheels, but to me it seems like you are not being straight foward. GL
Sorry, I didn't actually specify but I paid $2500 WITH tires. And I actually didn't ask him how much he paid for them because I'm pretty naive. I also figured they were worth the $2500 because from what I've heard they're pretty rare.

yea I figured afterwards that I got the short end of that stick. I paid $2500 with tires canadian. I'm just checking interest cause I want other rims but clearly I'm not gonna get the money that I spent on these back so I'd probly be better off keeping them. Thanks for all the input.

1. Your car is a 4x4.
2. Your fenders arent even rolled.
I think the last thing you need right now is lower offsets. The priority should be a lower suspension so your car doesnt look ridiculous sitting so high with the wheels sticking out.
haha thanks. my car's in storage right now and i'm gonna be putting on coilovers over the winter

Thanks but I'll pass... I may have someone who wants them for a bit under my asking price.

bump! can someone edit the title to FS: thanks. My new rims have arrived and if i don't get rid of these i'll end up using them as track spares (which i don't want to do) so make some offers. My price is negotiable, i'm also interested in 17" rims that i could use for track or anything for S14 or s13 redtop motor maybe power fc or something

That's all great but what does that have anything to do with me selling my rims? I've already received my new rims, and how do you know that I don't have coilovers waiting to go on seeing as how it's winter here. If you're not interested in the rims there's really no reason for you to post. This isn't a thread on what you guys think of my car, it's a thread on a set of rims and tires for sale.

you know these wheels have an MSRP of about $170 each, right? food for thought. glws.
you know these wheels have an MSRP of about $170 each, right? food for thought. glws.
Actually I didn't know that. Even so, it was stated above that I paid 2500 for them. And if you add things up such as rims + taxes + shipping + customs fees + tires and mounting I'm sure it will come close to that. Thanks so much for your input.

rims + taxes + shipping + customs fees + tires and mounting
Origin Lab DNA-01
17 x 9.5 +15 5 x 114.3
(4x $170)= $680 + $54.40 (8% Cali tax) = 734.40
Goodyear Fierce UHP tires
(Prices found on Canadian board
http://www.gtcars.ca/online/tires23-com/37259-early-spring-summer-tires-special.html
FIERCE UHP 215/45ZR17 87W $430/set
FIERCE UHP 225/45ZR17 91W $470/set)
215/40/17 ($107.50 each x2 = $215)
225/45/17 ($117.50 each x2 = $235) for all four = $450 (Cali tax 8% $36) $486
Total (NEW)
$734.40 + $486 + $60 (mount and balance) = $1280.40 /= $2500
Denote that when things are used they lose value, sorry buddy your "friend" is not really a friend.

Might want to reconsider that friendship...
That's all fine and dandy but once again, it has already been stated earlier on in the thread that clearly I didn't get these for the best price possible. And yea blah blah what kind of friend blah blah you got ripped off etc... all that really doesn't do me any good now, now does it? I haven't been able to find any places in Ontario that sell these rims. You have to remember that I'm located in Canada. Did you factor in any shipping and customs charges? Honestly guys, that's what I paid for them and I can't change that now. All I'm trying to do is sell my rims and tires. They're in perfect condition and the tires still have full meat left. If I can't get the majority of what I paid back for them then that's fine, I have absolutely no problem using them as track spares. Thanks so much for crapping on my thread.

Fronts are 215/40/17 which is listed there at $450 not $430. And you've added price of rims and tires and mounting but I live in Canada. Where is price for shipping and most importantly where is price for CUSTOMS. Thanks so much for your useless calculations.
I totally understand that thing depreciate once they're used. But they've literally seen not even 200 kilometers. Thanks.
Jon
By the way 240Falkon can you show me where you found MSRP for the rims? Thanks.

but you cant get them for that price....
ive sold a grip of sets at 1300 + shipping
Thanks for the source. Are you guys telling me that there are dealers in the states that sell these rims? Or are they only available through ordering from japan?
edit: i guess clearly these are worth more in canada then in the states

Thank you soo much!! That price listed on the origin lab site isn't MSRP, you can't get them for 16 800 yen each.

Thank you! only in japan right now. how much is shipping from japan for 4 wheels? And then add in customs fees to actually get the wheels, and tires, my price really isn't that un-reasonable. Again that is what I paid for them. And yes my thread is clogged with lots of junk from just a whole bunch of people who aren't interested crapping on my thread.
edit: actually don't worry about cleaning up this thread.. because all this crap just proves my price isn't unreasonable.

i'm sure when he or whoever he bought these wheels from, had to pay a fee to actually get them shipped to the original buyer.
just like how yokotas13 charges a fee or makes some money off items he gets from japan and ships to the US.
when my friends get items from japan, they pay a guy there $50/rim or $80 for a large item.
shipping inland costs money as well and with transportation costs and tolls being high, thats the reason for the large service charge my friends get charged.
friends have told me to ship a set of rims from Japan to Canada, it costs them $250ish by boat (1 month wait) for a set of rims. pretty damn expensive if you ask me. Does it cost this much to ship to the US?
the price may be a little high, but not what you guys are making it seem.
good luck with the sale
bumpity.. note I'm looking for Apexi/Tomei headgasket for SR, 740cc injectors, standalone, taka lines w/oil restrictor for gt2871r .64 a/r and also would be willing to trade for a set of rims preferably around the sizes of 17x9 low offset 5x114.3 that I could use for track.
