Clutch options?

Ok, I am pulling out my engine/tranny and while in the process, I am going to change out the clutch. I was told that you can have the flywheel redrilled to accept the sr20 and the Z32 or Z33 clutch (don't remember which one), that way you have an "oem" feel and the price isn't too bad at ~$250-$300. Its been done before by JWT. I was wondering........

1. Which would be a better clutch to use Z32 turbo or Z33

2. Is there anything more involved than just drilling/tapping the flywheel?

i thought the flywheel was dual drilled to fit sr or z33, but i could be wrong. or i might be talking about something else.
