Okay I've been battling a hard to shift transmission for a few days now. I've searched and found it to be a problem with multiple possible solutions.

I've installed: new exedy oem spec clutch/xtd flywheel/tokiko master cylinder/agency power SS clutch line/nabco slave cylinder. Never went into gear properly after the install of these items.

I've bench bled, dropped the tranny a second time to inspect parts. Seems okay to my non-expert eye. I may just have to take in to a mechanic. Before I give up though, I noticed something that bothered me...

The agency power line bottoms out on the clutch slave without actually seating itself on the conical shaped seat in the slave.

The agency power SS line has "female" cones on each end of the lines. The master cylinder has a "male" cone that makes a good solid seal. The slave however has a "female" cone seat and it is far too deep for the end of the SS line to make contact with it. The line seems to be relying on the threads and the copper washer to seal the line. Is this correct? Just wondering if maybe this is leading to a bubbles/soft pedal situation.
