i'll throw in $150 if someone has a hookup with a flatbed truck or tow dolly to get it to my shop in costa mesa. then we can either part it or sell it and split any profits.

I called him earlier today, and he was too drunk to talk.
He said give him a call in the afternoon when he's over his hangover.
but from what he said, it runs fine, just need a jump.
and a oil leak comming from the valve cover

I would guess its a real pile of shit if he is letting it go for $150, seriously. Deals that insane are usually just not what they seem and I am a optimistic person.

meh i disagree. i bought my last s13 for $250 and it has a perfectly straight body with only 2 VERY small dents (quarter size). it cost me $125 to get it running. i bought my first s13 for $700. it cost me a tank of fresh gas and a new battery to get it running. there ARE many such finds to be found with s13s. they're so common and so many people who aren't into cars just don't have the time or interest in learning how to fix em. more bargains for me. either way. if its totally trashed, i still guarantee that i could easily buy it for $150 and then make at least $300 parting it out. i'll front the $ if anyone has a hookup with a truck with a tow hitch.

If I had a hookup with a tow truck I would not let you get it LOL. Though I still hold the opinion its probably a pile. I can tell your not as picky as I am about the cars. There are deals out there but they are not as frequent as you claim. Trust me I know this :D Plus I would not bother my time with parting a S13 its more time than money.
