Could be your turbos seals or valve seals

Does it smoke while driving or just when you first accel and deccel?
if its only at the idle, accel and deccel its the turbo 99.9% sure.
My turbo on the "new motor" I got from Osaka did that, and it was the turbo

First off is it boosting fine?
Also do you got an oil catch can?

buddy had the same problem. turned out to be the coolant line behind the turbo. smoking like all hell. replaced it and problem solved. just make sure and check everything.

sounds like oil or coolant is leaking into your turbo... happened to my g/f's car in irwindale...

yeah...it smokes like crazy when its idle, accel, and deccel....
so mostly its turbo huh??
and also I just found out the smoke smells like oil...but the oil is not really decreasing?!?!

the boosting is uhh....well....during 3000-3500 seems like its the flat spot...but after that...its fine!!
and the only catch can i have is the stock black one

if its blue smoke, its oil burning.
eventually you will need to add some oil or fix the problem lol
if its smoking at idle then possibly more than just the turbo has problems

If it has a flat spot then it is almost certainly your turbo. I recently worked on a twin turbo automatic (uughhhhhhh!) FD RX-7 that had a similar problem. It was sooooo bad that the intake box was leaking TONS of oil! LOL!

but the thing is i checked the shaft play, it was tight! The turbo oil seal has nothing to do with the power, does it?

shaft play doesnt determine the condition of the oil seal
and yes the oil seal has a LOT to do with power
if it leaks your A:losing power, B: the oil isnt lubricating its going away and C: it will run hotter
