Hey guys,
I am having a helluva time trying to get these freakin' injectors out! I am worried about breaking them by trying to get them out.
I put WD-40 on them to see if that will help them slide out. Nope. Didn't work. I also tried putting the tip of the injector on a flat surface to see if I can put pressure on them to pop them out. That didn't work either. I then tried to use a flat-head screw driver to pip them out. Nothing.
Any tips to get them out? I don't want to try anything more until I get some advice!
Thanks!

hose pliers to grab the sides is one way... I used a large screwdriver/small prybar to pry them out from under the connector side of the injector, there's a little lip there that gives just enough room to pry on without doing damage.

dont bother grabbing at it with pliers
Take off the cap, put the 2 screws back in until the heads are slightly higher than the slots in the sides of the injector. use 2 flat head screw drivers resting on the screws for leverage and pop them out, you won't damage the injector at all

I just took mine out couple days a go.
What I did was, I put a t-shirt under a table and press the injectors onto it with whole body weight.
That gets it out a little, then twist it and pull with fingers as hard as you can.
It does take hell of a pull to get it out but none of them were damaged while taking em out.

I would highly recommend NOT putting your body weight on the injector nozzles...

No grease no WD40 why? It will be loose all the time. Use window cleaner like Windex that way it will dry up later. Wiggle back and forth with gloves on take your time it will come out....

Standard pliers will crush the top, hose pliers work the same as using a screwdriver on each side as you mentioned...
