No, it was never installed. the "gunk" on the end tanks is tape thats been there for like 6 months. The couplers are dirty because they got packed with a bunch of other stuff, and I was using the straight coupler for a little bit on my car. So yes that coupler is used. Inter cooler is not. That's what I said in the post.
