hello,
I need some help. I was rear ended 2 months ago by a driver who didnt have a license. he was using his friends car. i reported the accident to the police and everything, but the owner of the car wont call his insurance company and i and my insurance company have tried calling his insurance company, but we get no answer.
i dont know what to do now. can anyone that has been in a similar situation help me out? i really miss and need my 240 back.
thank you in advance

You get no answer from their insurance company?
Did this person give you real info?

yes, i did get the right info.
When i first notified his insurance company about the incident, they complied and worked cooperatively, but after a few weeks they told me that my car wouldnt be insured by them because the owner of the car didnt reply with an accident report.
Just three weeks ago i had to wait for the owner of the car (that rear-ended my car) at his work in order to convince him that it was his fault and that it was his responsibility to reply to his insurance company about the car accident. He said that he would report it, but in the end he didnt.
Ive called his insurance company several times, but waited with no answer. Even my insurance company tried to contact their insurance company.. but still no answer..
I'm debating whether or not to just fix the car with my money... or maybe hire a lawyer... i really dont know what to do, it's giving me a big headache.

Rear end his face with a bat! haha Well i'd keep talking to him couple more times and let him know if hes not going to cooperate your going to sue his ass.

If he rear ended you, hes almost 100 percent at fault.
I'm surprised your insurance company hasn't followed up more.
Talk to a lawyer asap.

Wait for him again at his work, and beat his ass. I'd do that.

take the DRIVER to court, not the owner of the car.
I won't have anyone else suggesting violence as a resolution to the problem.
