start the car
pull out the fuel pump fuse and let the car die
start the car once or twice and get the rest of the fuel out
unplug the injectors
pull off the injector caps (use a long screw driver for more leverage, the like to seize)
put the screws back in until the heads of the screws are just above the slots in the sides of the injectors, use 2 small flat blade screw drivers and gently work the injector up using the screws as a fulcrum point for leverage
you should probably replace the o-rings, but if they look ok (not dry/torn) they will probably still seal
put the o-rings on the new injectors
lube the o-rings with a little bit of motor oil, just enough to get the rings wet, dont soak the injector
lube up the wall of the rail with a bit of oil for good measure
pop the new injectors in, they literally should pop in with the right amount of force, I use the palm of my hand on the top of the injector, not the clip, and push

i have sard 550 side feed injectors and when i installed them they dont pop in but i have to force them in by tightening down the cap. should i try harder and actually make them pop in? car runs perfectly fine but just curious.
as long as the injectors are seated properly and the O-rings are not damaged they should be fine.

If the rail doesn't leak you're good to go. Maybe the sards are slightly larger with less clearance, my nismo (tomei) along with the stockers pop right in when lubed up. The only time i've had to force injectors to seat using the caps was on a rail that I had powdercoated, they sand blasted inside the rail (ugh) and the wall was slightly rough instead of smooth like the stock rail, it made installation/removal difficult, but never leaked.

Vegetable oil FTW to help with the pulling & re-installation..
but use just enough..
