Hi/Low Beam Switch

Cant remember where I saw it but im looking for info on how to keep your low beams on when you turn on your high beams on a S14. I retrofitted TSX HIDs on my car and I just hate it when the lights flicker when I turn my highs on, plus the fact that its fucking up the bulbs in the process. Thanks in advance...I tried to search but I didnt see anything pertinent, must be searching the wrong topic or something...

Wait is that for a zenki or kouki? I got a zenki, and zenkis have a 3 prong plug vs koukis low beams only have 2. Am I supposed to merge the 2 (+)s on the low beam zenkis with the diodes?

Also if I do this, will the low beam still flicker? Thats all im trying to alleviate, having the low beam from flickering when I flash somebody.
