Okay I would search "spark plug cover" but I dont think that would help me with my question err im gana get flamed for not searching i know it but the truth is IM JUST LAZY
Is there a spark plug cover for an S13 SR20 thats not aftermarket looking (for getting pulled over and popped purposes)
Like if a cop pulled me over and saw "intercooled turbo" then thats a pretty big giveaway.
Also if he saw "tomei powered" then he would think okay......motor work = ref ticket
And lastly the only other one ive seen is the carbon fiber one, which im sure cops know carbon fiber = modified.
So im looking for just anything stock-ish that I could use for a spark plug cover thats not halfassed and homeade because anything I make is gana be halfassed haha.

why don't you just ditch the coil pack cover, it gets mighty hot under there

Well I have no coil pack cover and my intercooler is the stock side mount and black....so with that being hidden and the turbo being so hidden I couldnt even find it I think I might have a chance....its just w/o the coil cover it looks kinda weird and like I was messing around with things and im going for as stock and oem as possible under the hood.....Well thx for the advice I might just leave the cover off or if I want to watch myself fail I might try and sand down the cover or rather just get a giant black marker and write the word "NOT" in front of intercooled turbo

Damn those things are pretty clean. Still pretty blingy tho. I think hes trying to have something more low key

Just get a paint marker the same color as the rest of the cover and go over the letters with it. They will still be there, just low key style... hard to see at night when coppy pops the hood.

LOL. If you ever do decide to do this, you will be my hero for the day...maybe even the month.
That sucks that you have to go mission top secret over in Cali. Cops in Michigan are too dumb to know what an intake is. They only know tint and loud as aftermarket.
I think sanding the words and painting the cover black would be best too.

I think because over here people have way more swaps. like usually they will mess with honda kids more than anything (as they should ). But that area where he lives. there is alot of shops and cars with swaps so cops usually know what to look for and alot of em know what an sr is

Haha man I hope I get a cool cop that pops me.....but first I hope I get that snapped bolt in my head out so I can actually put my motor back together =/
As for the spark plug cover, it looks nice its a little blingy I was hoping something plastic or black metal but ill try and sand the mofo down.
B Love (http://www.zilvia.net/f/member.php?u=58112) wtf dude the cop knew that it was a 20v? omg thats scary god I hope they use common sense to establish the difference between a good driver that has a nice car (me) and a driver out to cause trouble (any year honda)

Lol I told my friend about this thread earlier and he said I should sand it down and make it say something like "Ultra low emission vehicle" Or something and take a good amount of time on it to make it look stock....lol man wouldnt that be sweet. But seriously what if the cop said "Low emissions huh....lets see what the ref has to see about that"
