so i finally got my car running this week on the AEM after three months of non stop wiring issues! but anyways, im running an s13 with an sr, gt2871,740's,z32 maf, blitz fmic, etc. and it starts up nice every time, after i calibrated all the perameters in the aem unit the car actually ran suprisingly well on the stock fuel map provided in the aem program?! i wasnt expecting it to run rich whatsoever! it was basically around 10.5 all through boost but im still really nervous to get into it real hard. i plan to get the car professionally tuned by DentSportGarage soon but if anyone has an aem unit with similar perameters and wouldnt mind giving me there map it would be greatly appreciated...i do have another question though, when i took my aem wideband o2 sensor and wired it in as the primary o2 into the aem ems, it seems to be reading a full point lower than the guage itself , in other words, the gauge reads 14.7, my computer reads 13.7? its wierd, im not sure because i just did the wiring and i know that its not old and corroded and whatnot and im sure the aem computer is not messed up? and also, what power steering pump/rack is compatible with an sr becuase my pump and rack are jaaankk

ill post pics tomorrow of the build up:bigok:

The problem is the calibration value voltage in the AEM ECU.

Are you using the 0-5v for the ecu and 0-1v for the gauge?

You also DON'T want anyone else's tune, just take it to a tuner and get it banged out right the first time, and just because the AF/R's are on, doesn't mean the timing isn't too advanced and killing your engine visa-vi detonation.

Go on the AEM forums, there are a bunch of weaboo's there sure to give you some horrible maps to run on.

haha the only reason i want a map is to drive down to dsg which is about an hour away and i would rather run a a slightly better tune than a basemap to do so...and i thought the guage was a 0-5v ? and then the output is deffinately a 0-5v so i assumed
