SR start problem

Hey, how are you guys doing? I am just wondering if anybody here has a startup problem on their SR engine (Redtop). My engine always takes a while to startup, does not matter cold start, after an hour or two. It is especially bad when it is a cold start though as it takes much longer (like 1 minute. I would stop after 10 to 15 seconds, and then try to start the engine again. Usually takes 2 to 4 times before the car starts). The only mods on the engine are the following:

3" elbow, downpipe, test pipe.
Hybrid FMIC
Griffin radiator w/ Altmia electric fan
Some kind of filter from Auto Zone
HKS bov (the newest one if it does matter)
Walbro 255 fuel pump

when it does start up is it a rough start or does it fire right up?
Do a compression check on it.
and check your spark.
Clean out your IACV or try starting WOT
What filter from A/Z ?Fuel?
