High pressure and miniature temperature resistant 1000fps camera was used.

Wow, that's amazing.

They should get a longer clip though, it always cuts off right before the end of the exhaust stroke.

None the less, the rest of it is cool as hell.

That is pretty amazing and the fact that its happening so fast just blows the mind. We ride around with a contained bomb constantly exploding right in front of us and think nothing of it. That's pretty dang cool

it's actually stop motion film where they synchronize a flash with it. That's a shot taken from several thousand cycles. Notice the valves rotating. I don't know why it cuts off the exhaust cycle but don't think it's just one combustion event.
