ok so i got my diff and axels off a 93' na 300zx.. i put the gears of the 300zx into my stock 240sx casing.. i used the 300zx out puts.. but the axels seem to be too long?? are they or what can i do to fix this?

Z32 output shafts are longer, they're designed to accommodate the ABS sensor on each side. You'll need S13/S14 VLSD output shafts or J30s. A search would have told you that.

or you could just swap rear covers (and get right bolts for the front bushings) and use Z32 diff
but since Z32 is a 5bolt output shaft - J30 axles are needed, Z32 ones are too long
