poly subframe bushings where to buy

do you need s14 bushings? if so i have a set of SPL poly bushings. they are not the spacers but the actual poly bushings that they used to sell. pm me if you are interested

energy suspension makes poly urethane subframe bushings for the z32. they will go into the s13 subframe with no problem. you can probably source out these bushings on ebay.

is it true the bushings are a pain to install but the spacers are pretty easy?
