I went to a party at the beach and when i started the car the windshield wipers went crazy, it was on the off position but did not want to shut off so i pulled the fuse. does anyone know what is needed to be done to repair this?

Do you think you might need a new switch? Is it SE? If so, and you need one, I have one to get rid of. LMK asap. Good luck.

Yeah, I can ship it. No big deal! You need it more than I do. It's $ 15.45 shipped.

My car had the same problem, wipers wouldnt shut off until the car was turned off. There's a green box in the engine bay called wiper amplifier or something, pulled the plug off the green box, the prongs looked burned, replaced green box, problem solved.

Great point.
Same thing happened yesterday when I hooked up my wipers back up. I will look into the amp.

its the wiper amp (green box) in the engine bay
it probably got wet
try drying it off before you buy a new one
this happened to me a while back right after i washed my engine bay

The wiper amp is only green on S13s. For S14s it's either brown (Zenki SE models) or black (all others). It's also located on the other side of the car, behind the ACSD pump.
