I've tried searching and have gotten quite a few mixed answers...
I found a pretty mechanically mint 96 J30 in a U-Pull and Save yard. What parts off this car are bolt-on or useable I guess I can say for a Redtop Zenki?
I'm pretty sure the MAF is the same as the Z32 and the rear Diff is LSD and bolts right up. As well as the brakes/front hubs.. Is there anything else I should be looking for or grab while I'm there?

Correct. Full rear assemblies, front brakes, axles, diff, MAF, ignitors. Maybe a few other random parts.

If you have an S14 4lug and want to go 5 lug you just need the hub/spindle assembly and not the RLCA's the are the same as your S14 IIRC.

Thanks guys... I'm heading up there today. Guess I should take the truck..LOL Can I just swap the diff over or is it smart to just swap the whole rear over? The axles look to be the same 6X2 pattern.

If by work, you mean: are too small, leave ugly gaps, and look out of place.
Then sure, they fit perfect.

Russ, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't a 96 a late model J30, and doesn't that mean you don't need the halfshafts for the diff?

Correct. 93-94 models use 5bolt axles, 95-97s use the 6bolt.
