Need a threaded knob thats not metal and grips well even with sweaty hands. Metal is too hot in summer and too cold in winter. I have a nismo knob but its not good for speed shifting.

I need something that grips well. My nismo one is leather but it is cylinder shaped like that. I want one like the AMS Hammer knob.
