Need a threaded knob thats not metal and grips well even with sweaty hands. Metal is too hot in summer and too cold in winter. I have a nismo knob but its not good for speed shifting.

Thats the one I have now. If my hands arew even slightly damp and I go to bang second my hand slips off.

I have a TOMEI Duracon shift knob. Doesnt get hot, $50 shipped. I think i only have the long one left.

I have oem. It is designed not to cause these problems and weighted so you feel the shifts smooth.
