Dang, is that really the stock height??? Looks like it was lifted a couple inches.

yeah its probably a base model. anyway just install the coilovers yourself its really simple to do and their are a ton of write ups on it. hears a video to show you how easy it is to do it.

this video shows how your really don't need to have much knowledge to install them yourself. search for better write ups.

wait for KBEE or MAX to restock.
i would only consider megans if they were $500 new.

yea i'd also consider kbee or max if i didn't have coilovers already. i'm sure they're way better than the megans and their prices are comparable.
how much are the megan coilovers at autobacks?
i wouldnt get it installed at autobacks im sure they will over charge you for sure
if u want another shop for coilovers i would consider
http://directtuning.com
very nice people, great customer service, and the prices are pretty good
they install to but its pricey, i think like 200 bucks
i would install it yourself if possible not very hard

Like 4 things to undo and you already have it off. Please don't pay to have coilovers put on...

Dude, super autobacs rapes you with their prices! Just wait a little and go for some KBEEs over the Megans. Contact Logan at Aspec to see when they'll have more in if they are sold out. To install them it's simple. PM me, maybe I can help you out with the install.

YES!
I remember back in like 01 when I had my Sil80 (yea kill me)
I put some Sportlines and Koni's and that shit barely lowered it.
Coilovers Please
why not just put the $$ that you're going to pay them to install toward better coilover than a megan??????

Installation is seriously a breeze! My younger brother (17) just installed a set on his own on his s13 and he is perhaps the most retarded person i have ever come across!

Why buy shitty new coilovers when you can buy top of the line used ones?
Used quality>new shit..

Dude, don't buy coilovers at superauto bacs. They are overpriced. If you want to save your mom some money, do your homework for a decent setup. Check out kts from www.splparts.com

Autobacs is overpriced on their suspension...
got for stance, kbee, or pbm... they're pretty cheap. And coilovers are easy as hell to install... its just remove and replace.

Just buy from one of these vendors on here like ASPEC logan, autobachs is overpriced like some people say i only go there to buy oil cause they are the only one that stocks it and is fairly priced weirdly.

Tellin' it like it is. Won't help with the cheap-ass tires that are on there either.
Get whatever you have the budget for. Your tires tell me that you're not particularly performance-minded anyway.

Best way for me to put this is, DO NOT BUY AT AUTOBACS unless you want to get a new asshole ripped into your rear. PBM or the KBee coilovers will leave you money to spare and I am sure PBM will help you out if needed. Possibly not overcharge you for the install also.
If you just want to buy from Autobacs then go ahead. But get ready for the no grease action. Bring Astro Glide with you so it doesn't hurt so bad on the way in I guess.

Who the fuck actually buys shit from Autobacs.
With so many vendors and shops around these days you can surely find someone or a shop that will give you way better discounts than Autobacs ever can.
If your ballin and just don't care then do what you must. But if your on a budget and smart about it then just search out a vendor here and but it from the vendor. Support your Zilvia vendors.
Also fuck buying used coilovers. That's retarded. Why waste the time and money hoping that shit lasts. At least with new you know what your getting yourself into.

Fyi, this doesn't belong in tech, it belongs in chat.
Seriously, save your money and learn how to do it yourself. After you remove your wheel, there's only 5 bolts in the front (3 at the top, 2 at the spindle) and 3? bolts in the rear (2 on top, 1 on the bottom). It is literally as easy as bolting on new wheels.
All you need is a jack, jack stands, a set of sockets, and to do it right, a torque wrench.
ps. avoid megans, listen to everyone's advice.

Autobacs is pricey and has cut back on some jdm product, the customer service sucks, even over the phone. They put you on hold and you don't speak to anyone for up to 10 min. Then, most of the time they dont know how to find products or are just too lazy to even look, so they put you on hold again. A while back they wanted to charge $400 for coilover install.:mephfawk:
