hey everyone. i went to round one and unfortunately there was only 2 240's there.

where's all the 240's? imma be there for round 2 on 10/28/07.

make the trip and represent if your close enough.

$35 for 4 runs. ( you might have to be a flagger when you group is not running )

requirements aren't as strict as SCCA

Battery tied down (i used zip ties and pass tech insp.)
decent steering
decent-almost bald tire tread
no loose items

just show up, pay $35 bucks (way cheaper than SCCA), fill out a form (name, car, mods), slap a number on (loaners available), slap a helmet on (loaners available too), get tech inspected, line up and drive.

if there are 2 people driving you car, its 30 per person. passengers ride free.

Round one only had about 25-35 drivers. (not like the 200 drivers that show up for SCCA)

2nd round 240's are running at 2:00 pm (unless you sign up for a different class)

my last run sucked, due to my ABS. some ppl love it, some ppl hate it.

i actually hated it. it got me in some weird situations on my last time attack.

i disconnected it for this round though.

you can also go to google video and search "marina autox" to see how norcal ufo usually sets up their courses. some corners you can drift, some are so tight that you have to grip.

lemme know if you guys have any questions or if you want to meet up before we head to the track. Marina is actually my hometown before i moved to Davis so i know where everything is at.
