window regulator

For the s13, because i have power windows
would it matter if i get a manual window
regulator?
and just transfer out the motor from the automatic
one to the manual? isnt the fitment from the manual the same as
the auto one just without a motor?

You must not know much about regulators.

The manual regulator has a longer cable that's gear driven and sets the handle portion outside of the actual unit, whereas the power regulator has a short cable, located within the unit, with a recess for the motor to fit into. Completely different design.
