Up for sale is my Turbo 240SX. It's a solid car with no major issues or rust (came from TX). The Emanage Ultimate was dyno tuned by Dan at RTC and myself earlier this year. On only 8PSi and a very conservative tune, the car put down 257HP and 261TQ to the rear wheels. (A N/A KA24DE put down 108HP on the same dyno). The turbo is matched to the engine perfectly. It spools very fast and delivers plenty of air in the upper RPMs. Power delivery is very smooth since the MAF sensor has been eliminated and replaced with a MAP sensor and IAT sensor. There are no power surges when the BOV opens and on / off boost transitions are seemless. Car is located in Versailles, KY (40383).

Extras:
Good condition S14 KA24DE block and head
All stock parts (interior carpet, seats panels, A/C, stock exhaust manifold, stock intake and filter box, etc)
2 full sets of SE 7 spoke aluminum wheels with tires (8 total)
1 full set of 15" steelies with tires (4 total)
1 set of S14 teardrop wheels with tires (4 total)

Issues (all cosmetic):
The front end conversion was a little banged up when I got it. The hood has a crinkle in the front and the right side fender does too. There is a dent in the left rear quarter from a hit and run before I got it. There is another dent on the right rear quarter that showed up a few days after I rolled and pulled the rear fenders. It will pop out but sucks right back in. I heard if you heat it up and hold it out while it cools, it may stay out, but I never tried.

It's perfect. I haven't heard of people having problems with the bottom mount manifolds. I think that's just the top mount ones.

Yes, There is an airflow output map that sends MAF voltage values to the ECU based on what the MAP sensor reads. If you do this it needs an air temp sensdor added to adjust the injector duty cycle according to the temp. It makes for a very smooth setup. On / off boost transitions are smooth and you dont have to worry about recirculating the BOV.

Did you buy this car from the Dallas area?
Could have been one of my cars... I had a base model red coupe that I put a silvia front on. (and painted it in my garage)
just wondering... nice car and price

It did come from Texas 4-5 years ago, but didn't have the front end on it...

The price for the car without turbo kit and wheels will be $3500. It is now running and driving N/A on the stock MAF, injectors and ECU. The Silvia conversion, Tein tie rods and tension rods, Apexi N1 exhaust, subframe spacers, short shifter, strut bars, power brace and STANCE coilovers will be included at this price and will come with stock 7-spoke SE wheels painted black or S14 teardrops in silver. I have the full interior and will start installing it this weekend.

willing to sell the coilovers separate? How much? please reply via PM Also just curious why you chose to run a T2 on the KA, most people have very little lag on a T3/T4 setup with more power, even when keeping the boost to only 8 lbs due to stock internals.

Yes, they are available separate. I will PM you a price. I went with the T2 turbo because I wanted minimal lag. This thing is fully spooled by 3K RPM and delivers plenty of power in the upper RPM's. When I was researching turbo stuff, I also read that people were having a lot of problems with the T3 top mount manifolds and there were no problems with T2 bottom mounts. Finally, I liked the idea of being able to get a downpipe for an SR20 and having it bolt right up to the setup (even though mine still had to be modified a little)

I thought 257 WHP was pretty good from 8PSI. What are the T3/T4 guys getting on the same pressure?
