I would check for blown fuses.

I checked the fuses and the 2 plugs in the batt terminal but the weird thing is it will crank upp if I leave the key in the start position and hot wire the starter but then the fuel pump cuts off

Check the main 75 amp fuse in the fuse box under the hood passenger side. If it looks good take a wire and jump it to be 100% its not blown.

the two wires that go to the positive of the battery are fraird you will have to replace them. That is why nothing else is getting power. trust me man just go take care of that. Thats the only thing it can be.

there are several fuses under the hood on the passenger side fender area, your problem is most likely in that area, maybe a 30amp fuse? I could be wrong about the rating, it's been years since I had that problem, but get a mutlimeter out and test all of the larger fuses.

All the fuses in that area are good but im still getting 12 volts to the starter but it wont turn over unless I run a hot wire to the wire comming off the starter then when turns im getting no fuel pressure unless I run a hot wire to the fuel pump relay then the injectors still wont fire and I keep getting the same ecu code red and green flash 1....2...3....4...5then it just keeps repeating.

All of your power to the fuses, relays, ignition are in that fuse pannel on the passenger side... There has got to be a wired thats broke, frayed,or a fuse blown. Take a volt meter to all the relays check for power with the key switch off and on!!! Im sure its something simple your just looking over, its one of those things that will bite you in the butt!!!! Double check the remote wire on the starter. I cant remember but it seems there is two places it can plug on the solenoid. Only one will work.

theres a fusable link that can wear out over time that supplys power to the ignition ( i think its the white wire). i had the same thing go wrong with my car, i just ran a new wire from where it came out of the fuse box by the battery. try jumping power to the terminals on the driver side of the ignition cylinder, just make sure there not a ground first.
