so i got done bleeding my lifters...i re-did my timing...
pistons are TDC , mating marks are lined up to sprockets , cams are facing outwards and it wont start
does the cas have to be PERFECTLY stabbed or what?...real problem here...

ok well i kept stabbing the cas, and it started...
it taps worse than before and
theres a COMPLETE power loss, like the car will not go anywhere and will die on itself on idle...
the throttle response is shit also , it revs really slow...yet its smooth

ok so i went to go start it to diagnose the problem...
right when i turn the key i hear this loud rattle like metal to metal...
i pull the valve cover and its nothing that i can see in the valvetrain or anything
could it have jumped teeth? the tensioner is on...

well ive searched and searched , ive read that i have to get the car to warm temperature , unplug the tps...adjust the cas to where i want it , then plug the tps back up...
do i have to do all of this without turning the car off?

Are you sure your timing chain is tight?
does the sound come from the transmission or the engine?
so you dont see any kind of deep scratches or gouges on the cams?
Maybe coming from your block, since you took it apart and put it together from before, something else might have gone wrong.
pull your starter and look into the transmission and look at the flywheel to see if there is any grindage going on.
when i had a scratch sound from start up, it came from my flywheel grinding against my crankshaft, some of the bolts came loose and the flywheel was woobling around, I didnt torque the flywheel bolts to spec, Ive learned not to do that again, stupid me, i was in a rush though, but still stupid.
Sorry im not much of help, youve probably done most of those things, just thought i might post those up.
I do however have information for idle/timing the engine.
here is a thread i made about it.

well i did the mechanical timing over again, set tdc , cams outwards , mating marks 10 and 12....stabbed the cas
and it starts up....good idle , good vacuum , everything is good
but the tapping is louder than ever...
i havent driven the car yet , its just outside idling right now
