misfire/sputter problem

past few days i ran my car with very low gas, and it started sputtering at idle and low rpm off and on, today i filled up on gas and problem went away, but came back a few hours later.Now it constantly does it. fuel filter is new, plugs are probably only 5000 miles old. i unplugged the wires one by one to find out theres no change in idle/sound in cylinder #3, pulled out the plugs and all are getting spark/all wires getting power.

so do you guys think its a clogged injector on cylinder 3? or possibly a valve problem?

i just had the same problem yesterday. I was running some Pyrotek E3's Spark Pugs in mine. (about 5,000 miles too) I went for a long drive then when I came to a stop it wanted to die, and was missing real bad at idle.
I just bought some NGK G-Power plugs dropped them in runs perfect now.
