Talk to zilvia member " luisgonz "
he does those conversions all the time, he can give you some good pointers and pricing info too!
I personally think the price is just a little high, but not too high, depends on the shape and what comes in it.

Depending on who and where your buying from then that would dictate the price IMHO.
If the guy is going to dump it anyways he's just trying to make some extra money. Either way it's just sitting there and taking up space. I would think your actually doing him a favor.
But if he does all the work and takes out the parts needed for the rhd conversion for you and you just have to take the parts rather than picking up the whole front empty clip then it's a bad deal. Because you still have to either pay to dump the empty clip when your done, bury it in your backyard, or chop it all up and dump it in the dumpsters.
$550 seems kind of high. I would say $350 if he takes out the parts or $250 to take the whole clip yourself. But then again one man's trash is another man's treasure.

I'd say any price is too high, but to each his own, I suppose.

Turn it around on them and tell them you will be clearing up alot of space for him. You will be spending the money on gas and transportation. Why pay for it?
I paid $100, if I were to do it again, I would not pay anything for it.

I know of one or 2 that were sawzall'd and left in Wal Mart dumpsters, I can't imagine actually paying for one to begin with, let alone $550.
If it has a lot of shit you actually need on it, then 150-200 TOPS, but you probably shouldn't pay more than $100

For $550? That shiet better be coming with body panels, cluster, steering wheel, cross member, master cylinders, and i mean the whole works, not just the damn dash.
