I'm looking for pics of an s15 front on a s14 but the catch is I dont want any body kits on it. Just the stock front conversion. No front S15 body kits, simple front end. if anything only a lip or somthing. I've searched like 3 forums and nothing. I've seen the AMS s14 but I'm looking for some more.

I guess post some pics of those then but nothing crazy. If anyones got it stock or close to it as in stock front, but aero rear and sides that would be great.

Huh?
I'd say 50/50.
The ones I've talked to (this is quite a few via my site) mostly DO like stock, as most of them want the durability of the urethane over some crappy 2nd rate knockoff like the ones that come in most so-called "kits".

Guys doing it to a dedicated track car tho, that's a different thing completely, but it's like a 10:1 ratio of steet cars:track cars in my observations.

"Kinda weak"?
Maybe i'm just too old to appreciate gaudiness of today's "styles", but I think the OEM aero with the Gracer front lip is the epitome of balanced aggression and understatement, I know other would agree with me; but to each his own.

OP: Here's a pic linked from jspec.com who sells the gracer/greddy S15 lip:

been running this combo for about four years now. I try not to fall into trends and like to keep it simple. I would love a nice aggressive front but can't afford the wheels to back it. would like to paint the hood but i'm too lazy. mine, not weak by any means IMO...

Thats your mind playing tricks on you.:D In fact having seen very nice converted strawberry faces in person I can say its not true. Problem is to do it right you need to get good parts and a lot of people try to cheap out. They get shit parts and then it does look all fucked up.

I do prefer the face on a S13 fastback vs a S14 but there are some very well excuted S14's with them in this thread.

The one that got me and reeled me in was the old Green Signal Auto S13.5 , back in the day. I saw that thing up close and I was just like this is dope. It was on the ground and it just was different. I like em , I don't care if some on this forum think they are lame. They look a hell of a lot better than S13 Silvia faces on fastbacks. IMO.

P.S. props to you S14xman your front end looks good even if it is on a s14(wow did I just say that?). Hehehehe

there aren't that many bumper/sideskirts that look right

since the s15's shape is closer to the s13 hatch's...it seems unnatural on an s14 for some reason

i heard the same design team worked on the s13 an ds15, but a different one worked on the s14 that would explain why the lines of the s13 and s15 seem to work w/ each other

You don't get your hands on them. You have them made by a shop. No one sells metal conversion fenders, they have them made.

Buy S15 Metal Fenders. Take them, along with your stock S14 Fenders, to a competent welder/body work guy. Tell them you need the top and front of the S15 fenders with the wheel arches and door alignment of the S14 fenders.

He cuts. He welds. He smooths.

You pay.

No no Barry, thats the common mistake a lot fools make(not calling you one by the way:D). You want to maintain the wheel arches of the S15 fender if you want it to look right IMO. once you take out the wheel arches it destroys the whole look of the S15 fender and it becomes some weird looking offspring.

Ahhhhh, see I learn something new everyday.

Thank you. I can now pass on the proper information in the future.

Best place to get S15 fenders, is Japan.

I recommend talking really nicely to an importer. Here are two good ones I have dealt with:
www.pandagarage.com -Talk to Jay
www.Jspec.com -Talk to Sam

Notice, I did not say go to their websites and order. I said TALK to them. They can get more parts then they have listed on their sites.

It depends really... I'd say you are right but the S15 fenders also are thinner up top due to having the large wheel arch, this can make the front look wider then it is and make the rear appear narrow in comparison. I used the S14 arches due to preferance and better clearances but I understand your goal.

The top, front and wheel arch of the S15 with the rear door seem and bottom rear (two lower fender bolts) of the S14 seem to be the 'best' setup, as you stated. I went a different route due to preferance with the S14 style though.

s14xman's setup is what I would do if I ever went with a S15 front end. I would just finish the rear with Kouki S14 JDM rear valence like this car:
