can anyone else really justify the 25-30 minutes that it takes to get a ticket?

shit, i was speeding, i admit it, i'll take the ticket and the boost in insurance, but why the fuck do they have to sit on their thumbs in the car for so goddamn long?

*sigh* i know it's psychological warfare, and they need to fill out the form, and look you up... yadda yadda, but damn

yea... the hell with the police.. i got an exhaust ticket today.. thankfully he didnt give me one for my 4 point harness. &nbsp;the hell with them
