hi

sorry for my bad english

i got a new ca18det engine, with headwork from a pro, metal gasket, high performance top and bottom end parts, lighter flywheel, stage III clutch and many many more...

so i wanna ask you guys, what turbo should i take?

the engine can handle the big power, but the laggy should be not to big
so a good turbo for the street

depends on your goals bro.. what are you trying to achieve?


crazy power? go with a t67. your block can take it, right?
or the ever popular t3/t4 setup..

i dont know tho.. i just bolted a gt28rs and i was happy.

search in for forum under "compressor maps".... learn to read them... then you can make a decision yourself! ... foos.

-2871R is the way to go, use the .64 housing. Perfect match for CA imo.

3071R is perfect for SR imo.

is the 2871R a direct bolt on for the sr20det (is this the disco potato?)

no. disco potato is the smaller gt28rs. the 2871r and 2876r are both bolt on for the sr.
