Bought Stainless Z32 to S14 brake lines from him, paid $70 shipped via Paypal and got nothing. Contacted him numerous times in here and gave me excuse about being busy, ship later, then shipped and UPS gave him crap so no tracking #. Asked for refund and he stopped responding.

It's been almost a month since I paid him, still no item, no refund. Filed claim against him with Paypal. Gonna take 30 days.

Hope no one else got screwed by him.

Filed my claim before the 45 day limit by Paypal, hope I can get my money back.

I just filed my claim too. i bought a set of H4 headlights that he was selling. The bad part was this was a gift for my friend and now I showed up to his party with no gift!!! I look like the asshole because of this guy.

He told me that it was sent out then no response what so ever. I notified paypal and have a claim against him. it was only for $25 shipped but it's the principle of it now.

This shit is getting ridiculous. I though zilvia was going to ban people until things got straightened out.

There was a forum a while back where the members actually did investigation work on a scammer. They found out a lot of information on them including his name, address, and other pertinent information. The guy got his money back. The level of scammers there is nowhere near what it is on this forum.

guys, pm me your addresses again, ive had two huge problems on my shoulders for the past two weeks, i know im jsut making excuses but most people dont have to go through some of this shit, ill check my parts to see if i shipped it, if i didnt, i can ship it or refund you.

Now I don't know to feel upset/pissed off, or laugh at this. Guess it's waiting 30 days for Paypal to do something. Heard bad things about them too...

Well, got an Email from Paypal today, they were unable to recover funds from Bud Brown's account. So Paypal can't give me $ back at all, and closed the case. And according to the "user agreement", Paypal not responsible for cases like this.

Screw Paypal, what good is the 'buyer's protection program 'when they can't even get $70 back for me.

Even 3 years later he is still scamming people across all automotive communities.

We're working on cracking down on this once and for all. He owes a lot of people money and if you want yours back we need your help. Stealing money over the internet is no different then taking someones wallet. He needs to learn his lesson.
