IM confused about a part

i was cruising through there site and i came upon pulleys, so i clicked on the unorthodox pulley for like 189 or whatever and it says 5-12 horsepower and so on.. then i clicked on the WHOLE PULLEY SET of like 4 ? and it had the same description.. 5-12 horsepower gain but its like 500$? Does having all the pulleys just make it rev even quicker or is there no real advantage? just trying to clarify what im thinking in my head thx

The crank pulley will give you power because it's lighter and smaller. That whole rotating mass thing.
The other pulleys (Alternator, pwr steering and ac I think) will give you a little more pwr for the same reasons.

Everything together should get you a noticable increase in power. Keep in mind though that your gonna be underdriving all you accessories. Doubt at would make that much of a difference but a friend of mine with a crx has to rev it a little at idle when he has his stereo on to keep his low batt light from blinking.

Don't ever listen to advertised horsepower. We'd all end up with Electrical supercharges and Tunable exhausts if we did. Since one car is never the same as another it's hard to tell how much power on average a mod will get you. Especially considering you don't know what other mods were on the car when they tested it.

don't get the crank pulley. there's something about harmonic balancing and shit that you don't want to fuck with. just get the one underdrive.
