WTB AirBag module urgent

ok so heres the deal someone hit my 1995 240 put a dent in the hood :mrmeph: so his insurence company made it a total loss
this car has had a bad module since i bought it 4yrs ago
i bought the car back did a kouki swap and new paint,,,sad part is West virginia wont take the salvage title and turn it reconstructed with the air bag light on......now i know alot of people just take there bags out so i know theres gotta be a few of these things out there
please help!!
