View Full Version : kouki corner headlight bracket need help to make a custom bracket.

i have some vented kouki fenders but the corner headlight bracket is broken so i have no where to put the 2 screws on the side of headlight usually its mount to the fender but the tab on mine is broken so now i need to make a custom one for both fenders. does any one know where i can buy the material to make one and how do i make one. or if any1 hows one to sell lmk thanks

i use the corner bracket from home depot with the holes in it. then i buy the straight pieces and make them the length i like to where the headlight matches up with hood and fender nicely. bolt everything down and walah! never never NEVER use the fiberglass on the fenders. ecspecially if you're still on glass lights!

i made holes in the core support, i'll take some for ya tonight when i put the plastic lights on
