i just got this T28 as a trade and im not sure how to run the vaccuum lines.

should i run different lines from individual vaccuum sources or should i have one line 'T' and one go to each? and if i 'T' should it be before or after the boost controller. do i want each connector to read the same?

Its called a twin port wastegate actuator and one of the ports is used for some sort of mechanical wasteagte control device.
