90 s13 electrical issues, need help!!

i have the silvia s13 front clip on my car. just yesterday i realized my parking lights have stopped working(front and rear), but brake lights work.
the dash lights dont come on and that ding noise doesnt sound anymore when my door is open. head lights work though.
i have read a few theads about this, but mine just seems different.

the red/blue wire that runs this stuff has no voltage to it, even right at the blinker switch. i took the blinker switch unit out of my other 240sx and it make a difference.
all fuses in the car have been checked and are good.

i have heard that sometimes dimmer switches go bad and cause this, but i dont even have voltage on the wire before it goes into the dimmer...

i know a bit about wiring, but just dont understand how i dont have power even at the switch.

i have a very similar problem. where my parking lights don't come on nor does my cluster light up . i've checked every bulb and ground all seem in good working order i'm just a bit confused since non of my fuese are burnt.
also my head lights and blinkers function perfectly normal

its possible that the dimmer control switch went bad. it occurs when thers to much amperage in the circuit. wich could cause the switch to heat up and mess up check the resistance of the switch and if its high its bad. it should be at 0 ohms or .065 ohms or something. if it has 1 or two ohms its bad.
