ok after much searching and busting me ass, i can't figure this out. when trying to install my pulley, it goes on almost all the way, then is off by like 4mm from lining up with the others, i don't have an impact, so i'm not sure if it'll go on any further that way, but there is an oval like washer thats on the crank, near the housing, which to me might be why its not going in all the, way, anyone else have any insight to this, here's the best picture i could take showing what i'm talking about... i've got it circled...

replace your front main seal.
I don't remember seeing a washer when I installed my pulley.

would my front main seal be causing it not to go in all the way? heres a picture of it with the power steering belt on but not tight, you can see that it needs to come back a little bit more, the bolt on it is also not torqued down, if i got an impact and used that would that do the trick?
I know it's really hard to see from those pics, but you can see that the crank pulley needs to go back just a tad bit

Looks like maybe the oil-thrower for the crank seal.. look at this site http://www.courtesyparts.com/betasite/240sx-s13-1989-1994/genuine-nissan-parts/engine-mechanical/120-pistoncrankshaft-flywheel/-c-1418_1419_1420_1428.html
I think it is supposed to be on the other side of the seal? part #12302.. I would change the seal while I was at it anyways.. and then look closer at the part in question..
Have you measured the depth of each pulley where it mounts to the crankshaft?? I would take a few minutes and do that first..
did you ever get the pulley on?
