I guess when I washed my car last week, the water went through my trunk when I opened it or it probably went through the crack of the trunk (you know what I'm talking about.) Now, one of my rear signal light is filled with water and when I drive the water shakes like a fish tank. How do I get the water out without removing my rear lights...? Any suggestions.

you could drill a very small hole in the bottom of the lens, that won't affect anything and will allow the water to always drain out in the future. I would maybe try a 1/8" drill, it should go very quickly since it's only plastic. If the water reaches the bulb wires it will most likely blow a fuse or burn out the bulb.

Do what 240racer says and then put it on top of a lamp to dry the inside. When it's dry look for the hole in which the water got in and seal it with something.

if your actually taking it out, why not pull the light bulb, and dump the water out - rather than drilling into the housing?
do what gh6o6 says and put rubber silicon around were u think the water is coming into the headlight
