i never made any intro or anything so here is mine:rolleyes:

im 16, and have only had my license for about 7 months.. but ive been working on cars from the age of 14..

from bondo work, to completely rebuilding a crappy honda d series from the block up, to even a rb20det swap into my fathers 280z

sadly i have never been able to truly build my own car, but that is just from lack of money,,, not skill or time.

i bought my first real car at the age of 15... it was a s13 that had a sr20det in it, a greddy turbo , MR mani, s13 lsd, and a safc

i installed the fmic, 36way adj coilovers Ksport, exhaust, 255 lph pump, prof sheepdog bov, and a few more goodies..

the car had alot of rust on it, so i didnt want to sink anymore money in it...

i sold it for 5700, so i only lost about 400 over a years time of having it..

in the time of looking for a new project s13 that i could build, i found a bargin i couldnt resist.. so i had to buy it... i know it will never be my car, but for 6700, it was un resistable:naughtyd:

The next Nick Hogan? Haha kidding, nice car for a nice price. Congrats on the car. Take out all the cocky 16 year olds with GT's and Cobra's (hell, run with the 02+ ones) AND......go drift that B!
As far as pre-modded cars go, I took the route to do everything from scratch. Wanted a black 98 stock SR S14 and I bought a black 98 stock SR S14 :D

Yeah, yeah, yeah.

That's nice and all. But I think I speak for all of us when I say: More pics of the Z, please.

J/K (Kinda). But for someone whose biggest problem is a lack of money you sure do have a lot of mods.

P.S. Zebulon?! Come on, that's a put on, right? I mean, who named that town, Gene Roddenberry? :bowrofl:

P.S.S. Good luck with your project.

well my parents generously gave me 2k, but all the rest came from doing hours and hours of construction... my dad is a cool guy, so he split the profit with me 50/50.. even thought he did about 75% of the work...

he didnt care since he had a full time job building circuit boards, etc....

my parents lowned me 700 to fully buy the car, as of right now, i owe them about 430....

i plan on putting in some 740cc injectors and getting them tuned down... my goal is around 380whp.... also probably add a SARD rising rate Fpr., and maybe a lip for the front and some side skits to cover up a huge dent in the rocker panal...low profile ones... nothing flashy at all...

heres pics of the Z :)

how he bought it....

the L28et was unreliable, and wayyyy under powered!... time for rb20det..

i would have rather seen a Rb25det, but miss leading info on the internet prompted my dad to buy the rb20...

the body looks to be pretty clean on the 280z, never did like the "modern" bumpers for them, but it's a matter of preference I guess. what year is it? I'm going to guess it's a 76.

what mounts/drive shaft did you use for the RB?

There is an Introduction Thread and a Picture Thread for a reason.
