Does this lock out the Hicas system? Would you rather not eliminate it completely with HICAS stopper bars?

This units lock the Hicas controller by turning on/off a circuit on HICAS Computer. I think it make that the Hicas fail-safe solenoid is on so it lock the rear steering.
I wanted to try it if it could let me use it when I want instead of locking it permanently.
In the manuel it says where to hook it up but it all in japanese and the figures that shown which connector to split the circuit is not the same
as my Hicas Computer.
I hope to find someone who have it and know how to wire it up.

Looking at step 4, It seems you need to connect this to 3 wires on the hicas ecu. A and B just get spliced into the existing wires, C you cut at the hicas ecu, both ends now connect to the RSD, which appears to interrupt/modify the signal sent, much like the SAFC does with the MAF input. Beginning of step 5 says s13 180sx and shows a picture of the hicas plug and which pins correspond to A, B and C when looking at the plug end.
If someone can translate the wire colors in section 4 at the RSD, you are good to go.

I'd have translated more but my kanji skills are lacking. Hopefully this helps some.

I looked at the Hicas controller computer and it doesn't have that kind of connector on it. About the color, if we could find out which it say, it would be more secure instead of trying to find out which circuit is it.
I have the wiring diagram for Hicas Computer but my problem is I cannot find which color it say to wire it to.
I have look at it and the only circuit I think it could be on is the Fail-safe solenoid that lock up the Hicas but I don't wanna do the "try-error" way
Like statik said, if we could find out on which wire and what color they're, I'll be good to go..
Also, could you translate where the location of the Hicas controller is said...maybe it use the shift control units and I don't know where it is.

Here's the plugs from my hicas computer.
The bigger has 16 slots - 14 wires
The little one has 8 slots - 7 wires
I also could scan the wiring diagram of the Hicas cpu.

take back the item you bought. spend the same cash on hicas arm stoppers. I'm sure the hicas helps when the roads aren't dry. but at least you won't have to worry about the pump or solenoid failing. and the wheels get locked at an angle.

It might end like this, I'll give a call to HKS to see if they could provide me information.
If you guys can still figure out which color are the wiring and where to wire it up...it could help me sell it if I can give it with wiring.
