I had the HE's (8kg/6kg) on my S13 and loved the ride. Despite what others say they didn't ride too stiff at all.  I know the Ha have (6kg/4kg).  How much stiffer is the ride over stock.  I rather have the stiffer ride but if it means saving some money, then I'd rather do that.  I do want front pillowball/camber plates though.

the springs are 6/5 and imo are perfect for street. i've had 12/8 ha's on a sub 2400lbs car and i thought my back was going to give out..then again perhaps i'm just getting old.

since my s14 is no longer my daily driver i've changed the ha's to alum kei office coilovers w/ 8/6 springs. should be just right for street and occassional track.

i have friends who run 16-20kg springs on their tein RS.. too stiff and too bouncy.
