Hey guys, check this out. We swapped this SR into a 92 240. The clutch slave shot itself out. It had to reach too far to get to the clutch fork and all its insides came out. Though it may have been in incorrect slave.
The new slave we get is the same and does the same. I'm very sure the clutch fork is on the TOB in the correct spot as its in the same way it was when i took the tranny out. I was just wondering if anyone has any pics on here of their tranny install that shows the fork and TOB assembly on the tranny w/ maybe the clutch slave bolted on the side.

Anyone got any build threads with this pic in it???

Thanks,
Ace

Is your clutch fork floppin around? It may not be connected to the Pivot Ball. Or does it have a clutch in there??? Gotta ask maybe that set up had a nice clutch in it and someone ganked it out?

here's a few pics of my recent clutch install, are you sure you've got the proper clutch fork? i remember someone's post similar to yours, and they had some random fucking clutch fork.

this is a pic of a newly installed TOB, and the clutch fork properly installed. make sure your fork is properly sitting on the pivot perch.

here is a VID of me testing my slave after bleeding my clutch line, which is how working slave cylinder should function.
