So i'm golfing with my dad on sat and we're getting ready to tee off on hole 15 when he gets a call from my mom. He says what's wrong. I come to find out that my mom backed right into my car that was parked at the end of the driveway. My mom has a montero sport. I'm going to need a new front bumper, grill, headlight and hood. Their going to call the insurance co on monday. you can't help but laugh at it.

Someone posted something similar to this happening... Did your mom just forget that your car was there or something? If you get a chance post some pics

i think it's hilarious/scary when people back into something because they forgot it was there. you don't have to remember, you would know if you turned around and looked, or even just used the mirror. what if there was a kid there?

insurance?

really?

insurance? you're going to use insurance for this?

why on earth would you use insurance for this, when they're just going to raise your premium and hit you with the deductible. it just doesnt make sense.

Your parents should just pay to get it fixed, it'll be cheaper in the long run.

It is much cheaper to buy a new bumper and paint it then the deductible. I got a JDM rear bumper and painted it for less than $400 when I got hit and run on.

On top of what has been said, I do not know what you drive, but if you have an S13, in addition to costing you more, not coming on out of the pockets and fixing this could ALSO see an insurance company "totaling" your car and getting you a salvage title.

yea if i was you i would be hoping they don't total it out.

S13? I'll make ya a deal on all those parts, they're red, and need paint, but insurance will screw you over.

insurance.

or if you live in the country, its...

INsurance

what the fuck is up with people in this country, when they:
1) cant spell insurance
2) dont understand that your parents money will eventually be YOUR money, same piggy bank - just a different holder (for now). saving your parents money means that you're saving yourself money. i hope they're smart enough to understand this.
3) cant figure out why US Americans cant find the United States on a map!

I think #3 had to do with Iraq and the kiddies in Southpark, err South Afrikkka... such as, such is... so fourth.

peace bitches

my fiancee backed into my friends subaru last weekend. She left, noticed the car was behind her, got in, forgot it was behind her and backed right into it. Nothing major though, repaint the bumper and we're good to go.

Moms do that all the time,

ex-gf mom backed into my buddies truck,

its just a part of life,

when I know people are going to move cars around mine, I park it wayyyy out of the way, or somewhere very obvious.

At school, this kid has a c5 z06, and he's got the best spot everrrr.

All the way in the back of the lot with no car within a 10 spot radius of his car.

If he wasn't on the varsity football team he'd probably not have such a spot.

Hopefully i'll get lucky with a spot.

golf is fun, what other sport(if you want to call it that) encourages you to drink and drive around in carts all day.
