89 240sx coupe for sale PA

i bought this car almost 2 weeks ago thinking i wanted another project ... well with as busy as i been with work, i'll wont have the timefor awhile.. and the wife wants it out of the driveway...

its a 89 240sx coupe.. the body is in descent shape, didnt really see any rust... theres a little dent in the pass rear quarter... but easly repairable.. the PO sprayed the car flat black which wasnt a very good job at all... but could be sanded down and repainted and made nice... it really didnt bother me to much since i paint cars for a living...

the interior is ok... the drivers seat is kinda messed up but a again swap in a racing seat and your good... (my plan also) the speedo doesnt work but prolly is just a loose conection somewhere

it has a N1 body kit ... ebay coilovers... ok tires..

suposivly has new brakes, slave clyinder

the engine is the original KA24e(single cam) it has new wires, cap rotor and sparkplugs.. and the PO siad he just changed the oil

its Inspected till 11/07

runs and drives.. ok not perfect. i only drove it about 10 miles total

but is a perfect candidate for SR or RB swap

could be made into a really nice car with a little time and money

How many miles on the body? What do you mean by okay, not perfect? Would it make a trip back to central jersey? I have cash ready. When are you getting the title?

i think the PO said 128k but the dash is saying i think 70k ...i dont think its the orginal dash since it has the little sticker on the glass for a HUD and it doesnt have it....

as far as running it runs ok... seems like maybe a vacum hose is leaking and its got a little valve tap... but shifts great great ... i wouldnt feel comfortable saying it would make it to central jersey being i only drove it 10 miles and dont really know to much about it.... for all i know it could.... but i wouldnt want to see it break down on you
i feel alot better if you towed it if you really want it ....

i should have the title back in about a week maybe sooner hopefully

i did find alittle rust on the frame rails up near the front wheel wells... the pass side isnt that bad... the drivers side was just a bubble and when i tapped it a chunk about an inch big crumbled out... nothing a welder and a peice of steal couldnt handle though
