Punctuation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just make sure it has the right bolt pattern. Like a 6-hole pattern for a Nardi/Momo(they're different but usually they have either 6-hole or 5-hole). With the wheel you'll also need a hub to mount the quick release. So it goes: Hub>QR>Wheel.

your quick release should have 12 holes which is 2 sets of 6 holes.
One set of 6 holes is meant for the momo style pattern and the other 6 is meant for the nardi style. This type is usually called universal 6.
If it has 5 holes for the steering wheel, then more then likely it is meant for usdm style wheels (ie Grant).
You will still need a hub. You can get HKB, MOMO, NRG, BELL, etc.
There is one 19mm bolt that holds the hub. Then the quick release goes on top of that.

Um... What??? Dude, grammar and punctuation.
Are you asking how to install the hub adaptor? Or are you asking how to install the quick release onto the hub adaptor?

You will need 3 main components to making your quick release work.
1. Hub (this bolts onto your steering column) Hub must be vehicle specific
2. Quick Release (this bolts onto the hub)
3. After market steering wheel.
*If you do not know what hub or steering wheel your quick release fits, bring the quick release to the steering wheel to measure for proper hole alignment.
Hope that helps.

This should make it easier.
Anytime you see a 6 bolt wheel that has a hole at top 12 o'clock you know its Momo pattern

the nardi pattern is also wider than the momo pattern. (it goes around in a bigger circle"

yep
i'm pretty sure momo is 6 x 2.75 (2 & 3/4)
iirc nardi is 6 x 2.875 (2 & 7/8)
