128 psi service limit, 156 psi max (Brand New Motor)
For any S13-S14 SR20DET
No more than 5 psi variation between cylinders.

I'll tell you from personal experience and I have atleast 20 engine swaps under my belt that a cold compression test from a feshly bought used engine that hasn't been run yet or in a while typically the kind you by from who else but an importer of used JDM engines that those numbers can be all over the place 50, 100, 200, 85 example but still be a good engine, its hardly ever gonna give a correct reading until the engine has been warmed up thouroghly then you go back and check the numbers and the could change to 155psi accross the board without adding oil which is cheating to bring the numbers up, seen it for myself many times.

But to answer yoru question consistancy between all cylinders is what your really want along with numbers around 150psi.
