game is good but the era and time setting is unattractive to me. so are the old fashion guns and all that. but the characters and everything is very well done, i just prefer a more modern time setting.... still up for grabs. game looks awesome on vista and with a dx10 card (thats what I run it on)

have you installed it on your pc... i read somewhere (i think it was hard OCP.com) that they protected the game to where it can only be installed on 1 primary computer... It has something to do w/ the new DRM software protection...
*EDIT actually its the 2kgames forums:
http://forums.2kgames.com/forums/showpost.php?p=191631&postcount=2347
and news at CDfreaks.com:
http://www.cdfreaks.com/news/Bioshock-game-DRM-results-in-considerable-uproar.html
the buyer will have to contact their software support directly to manually activate the product so no worries...
great game though... i managed to play the demo before the release... get ready to spend the big $$$ for a directx10 compatible graphics card to completely enjoy the game... it worked fine on my radeon 1950xt pro w/ 512mb of RAM after downloading the new catalyst driver but only using the directx9 driver....

game is available for 35 bucks. only installed once. still has at least 4 more installs. (they mentioned something about uninstalling and getting an install back, so it might have 5 installs)
