I had an 89 VW Jetta that doubled all the numbers for the emissions. There was a sign saying that it was a felony to bribe, but I went for it. I asked the guy how to fix it, he said go to a shop and get a tuneup. I asked if there was any fix that I could do right now and how much it normally costs. He said $50.
