Money sent on 8/20/02 and will no longer answer any of my emails. Told me he had product on hand and ready to ship. After I sent payment, then he said he was having problems locating the product.

Bought 97-98 Taillights for $310.00. Clearly stated in his email that he did recieve my payment.

Need your help guys. Don't want to lose $310.00.

Please help!

What kind of payment was remitted? &nbsp;PayPal? &nbsp;Check? &nbsp;Money Order? &nbsp;Cashier Check? &nbsp;Cash? &nbsp;Credit Card?

well guys sorry to hear that i got my tranny swapfrom Zac.. yes it did take a bit longer than he said but it did come in so try and give him some slac... i think i might have his number some were on the old packages if i find it i;ll post it for u guys..

well a while back, Zac posted up saying he had the 97 taillights and trunk and taht he needed to find somebody that is willing to buy the trunk as well. and he also asid that the junkyard only let the lights go if he buys the trunk as well. he said that the taillights were going to another member in Zilvia.net and i guess..he didnt buy it yet till he finds a buyer who wants the trunk

Yeah its me. Still didn't get the products.

Thanks for all the help guys. Well Zac told me he had the products on hand and was ready to ship out ASAP. Told me if i PayPal him the money by thursday he'll have the product sent out by saturday.

I PayPal him $310 almost 4 weeks ago and still haven't seen anything. I don't know whats going on. He won't reply to any of my emails anymore. Sick and tired of waiting for a no-reply.

At least give me an email telling me whats up.

You can always file a complaint with PayPal. &nbsp;They have a form you can fill out. &nbsp;Go to SECURITY CENTER > BUYER COMPLAINT FORM > CONTINUE. &nbsp;There is a catch though. &nbsp;The complaint must be filed within 30 days of your payment. &nbsp;Better hurry!

well paypal's no use.

he took all his funds out of his account.

Just gonna leave it to the authorities to handle this now.

PayPal suggest I send to off to the FEDs and local authority. What do you guys think? Does it really need to go this far?

Yes, he stole your money. &nbsp;Its the feds/polices job to deal with it.

i serously dont know y he did that after he sold me mine n stuff but thats totally F*cked up. Take his ass to jail and everything man..seriously..post it up in the OT room too!

Happened to me at the end of last summer (1 year ago) as well.. &nbsp;Different guy, but just brought back memories... Different guy though.. But I bought a set of 98 Kouki S14 foglights, cause mine have holes and are all fucked up... &nbsp;Took 3 months to get here! I filed complaint after complaint and I guess maybe he got scared? &nbsp;for 35 bucks, I didn't mind waiting though =) &nbsp;And they were in perfect shape... Guess if he didn't want them going at that price, he should have set a reserve.

This sucks to hear. I got my 97-98 taillights from Zac. I paid $308 for them. I paid him through paypal. I got the same responsesfrom him that you got. There was a few delays, I'd say about 2 weeks worth. I did finally got them though. This was in July or August. He seemed like a decent/honest guy, but I guess you never know.

BTW: I am selling my 95-96 taillights. Look for a seperate post in this section if you are interested. I HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF STEALING YOUR MONEY.
